RICH D Smooth vacuum... This is an interesting futuristic vacuum. It comes with a nice charging stand and stands up on its own (unlike our expensive Dyson vacuum). It has a color screen and a futuristic voice that tells you different things.
Overall, this vac/steamer mop is seriously a triumph in both design and functionality. It's beautiful enough that you want to keep it in the living room versus a utility room because it's just THAT nice, but it's also incredibly effective in doing exactly what it is supposed to do. It is pricey, yes, but it is worth it? Absolutely, without a doubt...YES! This is the last mop/vac/steamer you will ever need to buy, regardless of what kind of flooring you have - because it does it ALL.
