i love charlie, who passes my single requirement for romance novel love interests with flying colors. (this single requirement is, of course, being obsessed beyond logic with our main character.) honestly i can understand why many people don’t like this book bc it’s classified as a romance book but i don’t think it is? romance was like sub-plot, i felt like main topic that embroidered in it was nora’s relationships with the people in her life and trying to understand herself. i mean charlie is the love interest of this book but libby (sister of nora) was mentioned more than him. but i don’t think it makes the book worse bc every word that has been said and every decision that has been made by them was incredibly selfless, everyone is trying to give another a better life than their own and they are tangled in this beautiful and sad madness 🥹 Outside the museum in the courtyard, you’ll see that the flagstones have been engraved with quotes from famous Scottish writers. This bookshop in Edinburgh won Independent Bookshop of the Year in 2019, beating all other bookshops in the UK and Ireland, and it’s a very well deserved title. I cannot have any words in my vocabulary to describe my feelings for this book! But if I had chance to give 1 billion stars, I would do it without thinking any further!

All these years spent thinking I had superhuman self-control, and now I realise I just never put anything I wanted too badly in front of myself. Hopping on the train to Bath from London is so easy and you can learn all about Jane Austen and go book shopping! Jane Austen lived in Bath for a while so you can see her house, visit the Jane Austen Museum and find all those places mentioned in the novels. i loved everything about this book with all my heart. and thanks to emily henry for making us readers a part of this book too; OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOD THIS IS MY FAVORITE ROMANCE BOOK EVER NOW EMILY HENRY I'D ACTUALLY DIE FOR YOU I'M SERIOUS

Now let’s begin the book lovers’ tour, Edinburgh’s literary gems are waiting to be discovered! Writer’s Museum i wish i was capable of a teaspoon of the banter, humour, and snark that comes out of charlie and noras mouths. they are seriously a match made in heaven. J.K. Rowling is not the only writer to have graced these premises, however. Popular Scottish crime writer Ian Rankin also frequented this small cafe and mentions it a number of times in his works. Birthplace of arguably the world’s greatest poet and playwright, William Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon is a delightfully maintained tutor town full of historic pubs and shops. It’s so wonderfully fitting that the town where Shakespeare was born is one that has remained looking so Shakespearean at its heart.

There are multiple editions of the most popular books so it’s a great place to browse for something you’ve had your eye on for a while but not had the chance to buy yet. And I was right. I got everything that I was expecting and wanted and way more! Once I reached the ending and closed up the book, I felt calm and rejuvenated and fulfilled.
