We are really pleased with the end result and overall service and have had lots of compliments from family and friends for the kitchen. The kitchen itself is beautiful but all of our appliances have had serious faults (and have even arrived broken!). The Swindon store representative accidently put the wrong figures/ measurements into the computer, making our kitchen bigger than it is.

He was always easily accessible by phone even out of working hours and on his days off still responded to messages. We would highly recommend Range kitchens and Collin as a great sales person and would happily use them again. 😊 We are always unhappy when one of our customers has a negative experience and we apologise for any distress caused. The lighting was also another issue, I asked for the lights to be included of which I thought was in the price these never arrived and honestly I’ve asked my electrician to resolve it as I can’t be bothered with the stress.

My next step is to seek legal advice and start a small claim process, an additional headache I really don’t need. I’ve dealt with a lady also called Claire. I have no idea how she’s in customer service she does nothing of the sort she’s very rude and needs to be looked into. Being blamed for their mistakes is disgusting, not even sorry let's sort it out for you.. not you need to pay more and by the way you have to keep that expensive work top too as we not changing it... if known this at beginning wouldn't have touched with barge pole, NO customer service what so ever.. RUN PLEASE RUN WHILE YOU CAN.. The kitchen is solid and beautiful but I would not recommend them if you want high customer service and only if you’re willing to pay for their mistakes. Collin was helpful with booking us a late appointment at the show room for the consultations as we could not attend during the day due to work.
