Start small, with say a size 1 or 2. Soon enough you’ll be able to get to size 3 and up. These little suction devices are comfortable and highly effective. You can wear them for quite a long time and believe me, they WILL increase your nipple size. TIP: If at any point the stretching (because that is what they do) hurts. . . remove them.
