Cricut EasyPress machines, with the largest size at 12” x 10”, take up much less space than Cricut Autopress, making them easier to store and more portable. What materials work with Cricut heat presses? Beware of brims touching the heat press, as constant movement against a hat brim or bill can cause deformation.

Ensure your design is placed 0.5 in (12.7 mm) from the bill of the hat – this allows the Cricut Hat Press heat plate to cover your full design during transfer.

Cricut Hat Press comes bundled with a hat pressing form and a roll of strong heat-resistant tape. These elements work together to create the perfect kit for pressing hats. Make sure you’re holding the press perpendicular to the pressing surface. It should be straight down so you can see your design is being covered by the heat plate. It should not be angled so you can apply the appropriate pressure.
