A once “side project” of Café Mor (The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company), the multi award-winning street food vendor, dripping in national awards for its delicious and unusual seaweed filled menu. The people at Café Mor wanted to make the best spiced rum out there and so began using wild-growing laver seaweed, foraged from the Welsh coast and infused alongside the medley of other delicious flavours, in an expertly made Caribbean rum, to create our unique seaweed spirit drink.
