About this deal

Why? Because it’s been banned in the UK and other countries for causing harmful side effects (see side effects section for more info). It’s much more reliable to consume this in a fat burner supplement, as it’ll offer 3-4 capsule servings per day; this has shown to be the optimal amount of servings to help you lose weight. But that doesn’t mean it’s useless; taurine can help reduce cramping while you exercise. As a result, we don’t consider Taurine to be a key addition to any pre-workout supplement, but it can be useful.

Which is why I usually see it as pointless to have in a pre workout, because you shouldn't be smashing your favourite preworkout, everyday. As a result, you’ll experience enhanced focus, while avoiding side effects like jitters and energy crashes. The only problem is, L-Theanine’s part of a proprietary blend, so there might not be a big enough dosage to deliver this benefit. Also, this pre-workout contains Bitter Orange Extract, which has been banned in the UK and other countries, after causing harmful side effects – it’s also strongly recommended not to consume with Caffeine (B4-Bomb contains both caffeine and Bitter Orange Extract). The problem is, many pre-workouts contain large-dosages of Caffeine (over 200-300mg), which causes jitters and energy crashes. USN have done well to dose Caffeine correctly at 200mg, so you won’t experience its side effects here.

As I assume, Bacowize is a standardised version or Bacopa Monniera. Also known as Water Hyssop, this is a herb found in India, Nepal, China among other places. But here’s the problem: it’s part of a proprietary blend, meaning there might be a tiny amount inside B4-Bomb – which would result in this being ineffective. Allergens: No common allergens have been added. (NL) Ingrediënten: L-citrulline, D-asparaginezuur, Beta-alanine, Creatine monohydraat, Zuren (Citroenzuur, Appelzuur), Nothing suspiring here, though they do call it 'natural caffeine'. I.e they extracted it from coffee beans. Coming in at 200mg, it's enough to give you the buzz you are looking for, without making your heart jumping out of your chest. From first flance, we can’t see any evidence that suggests it’ll be more useful for females. Not only that, as you only consume 1 serving per day of B4 Burn, the thermogenic ingredients inside this pre-workout isn’t likely to take effect.

Not only that, it’s main benefit is to promote fat loss – which isn’t a direct benefit of a pre-workout supplement. There are already great fat burners on the market that’re designed to help you cut fat, so there’s no need for this ingredient here. Mix scoops with 250-300ml of water 30 minutes before training. Start off with 1 scoop to first assess tolerance before taking 2 scoops at once. However, it’s basically a hyped-up ingredient – because it has a trademark name, many believe it’s better than it really is.The main side effect that concerns us with B4 Burn is the potential jitters; if you’ve ever drank too much coffee before, then you know the feeling. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The ingredient that’s almost certain to cause a side effect is Beta-Alanine; this causes paresthesia in dosages over 0.8g-1g. Would I say that it puts it into the 'extreme pre workout' category, when this is the main proven stimulant? Probably not. Considering a lot of other pre workouts have better stimulants, or a higher dosage of caffeine. During pregnancy and breastfeeding or if trying to become pregnant, please consult with your pharmacist or doctor before taking this product.
