This lemon jelly is easy to prepare and is not too sweet. It is really tasty, the taste does not look artificial like other brands can. Personally, I eat it in the summer for dessert, and it is perfect. Hartleys jellies are by far my favourite. All the others are just failed copies for me. Real good jellies are only found in the UK!
