In contrast to the pirate line, the phantom figures were all glow-in-the-dark and had skeletal bodies. Standing at 71cm tall this Morphin Megazord makes for an impressive playset, which when you turn him around reveals further features and fun to be had.

Suitable for ages 3-8 years old – although I would say it would keep older children happy as well if they were Power Ranger fans. The original medieval line attempted to capture the action of battle with its fortresses, dungeons, knights, wizards, and dragons and featured the Battle Castle play set as well as several knight and wizard action figures sold separately.

He would change his mind daily as to which colour Power Ranger he wanted to be and try to recreate some of the moves in the back garden (would out much success). The power missiles and power coins that can be fired from the control panel have made for much fun especially when you have lined up teddy bears as villains to see if you can hit them!Tigger was a little overwhelmed to see the 71cm tall Imaginext Power Rangers Morphin Megazord waiting from him when he came home from school. Construction worker and mechanic figures and accessories complemented the rescue world’s urban theme. The Morphin Megazord itself is able to stand unaided with several moving parts including the head, waist and arms allowing Tigger to play with it as a robot with his own added robot voice to it too (so cute). The Imaginext Rescue Center was the initial lead play set of the rescue line which, like the medieval line, quickly expanded. With a push of a button Power Missiles will fly, while turning a Power Pad in Megazord’s chest will launch Power Coins.

A number of Imaginext playsets were redesigned to feature figure-activated buttons and switches that with various functions (a pirate figure, when placed on one such site on the Pirate Raider, can be used to extend the plank or lower the sails). Following in the footsteps of the castle line, the Imaginext dinosaurs were divided into rival sects: the predators—whose goal is to wipe out the world’s natural resources—and the ecovores—who fight to preserve the land. By 2011, Imaginext no longer released Superman but continued to release new Batman play sets that included villains and vehicles. Imaginext also produced adventure sets that included knights, dragons, and castles, similar to its original sets.
