West Coast" is a mid-tempo song with a psychedelic rock and soft rock verse and a surf rock slow-tempo chorus. Del Rey and Auerbach were initially scheduled to work together for three days but ended up spending six weeks recording a full album. I rate this song 10 african tribes/10 african tribes, and will never listen to it again as every time I get saddened by the the fact that there will never be a song to match this masterpiece. For everyone complaining that this isn't a gatefold release, remember that this is a reissue of the Urban Outfitters 2014 pressing that was also NOT A GATEFOLD.
