Size: make sure it’s the right size for you and your family. As a general guide, a 10-inch (25cm) pan is perfect for two, a 12-inch (30cm) pan is ideal for four. For larger families, opting for a larger pan is of undoubtedly the better choice. If you take care of your cast iron griddle it will last for a very long time.
