To remove the splash guard, use a finger to lift the clip at the front of the lid, then, with the clip still pushed up, pull one of the other tabs towards you to release the splash guard, as shown in the figure below. Once the splash guard has been released, carefully pull it out of its slot in the body of the unit until it is fully detached.

The cooking time will depend on the size of your ingredients. Smaller sizes may require a shorter cooking time.The pot is not installed. Install the pot into the unit, as detailed in the relevant section of this instruction manual. Place the fries in the unit and then set the fryer to cook as per the suggested times/temperature in the Settings Table. You can also use the unit to reheat ingredients. To reheat ingredients, set the temperature to 150°C for up to 10 minutes.
