About this deal

Quality Endura Hummvee Trouser II will last much longer and perform better than their cheaper counterparts. They are typically made with higher quality materials and are designed to withstand the wear and tear that comes with regular use. Investing in a high-quality Endura Hummvee Trouser II means that you won’t have to replace it as frequently, saving you money. The lower legs have velcro ankle tabs and calf strips to limit flapping and drivetrain interference while cycling. This works well for mountain biking, transport cycling, or touring – anywhere that aerodynamics isn’t a big concern. On a road bike the legs are still baggy enough to catch the breeze. There’s no stretch in the nylon anywhere but the waist, and the fit is fairly generous. With a 31in waist, I found the size S roomy. These shorts are good, but they don't come close to the originals. The fit is good to size, but it's a weird cut at the front giving an odd baggy appearance when standing. The liner size however is way off. It's a medium size equivalent on the large sorts.

Safety should always come first. You should never skimp when buying bicycle gear because it could one day save your life. You (hopefully) would never cut corners on your helmet, so you shouldn’t act any differently to the rest of your gear. Tried and tested, this short has outlived many a bike and we have worked hard to ensure that its durability will not disappoint. They incorporate a tough nylon and are double stitched in critical areas, making them nearly indestructible. Cycling to work is a very rewarding and physically stimulating way of getting to work. Beating the soul crush of driving and the busy crunch of public transport, cycling is great for the mind and the body. You might be a cycling newbie or a relative De-France competitor, but anyone can fall victim to the common buying mistakes when it comes to cycling gear. Unfortunately, while the internet makes shopping easier than ever before, it has also increased the difficulty for newcomers to discern the good from the bad.Our advice is to take your time studying factors like the reputation of the brand, the materials used to manufacture the product and also comparing it to other products of a similar price in the Trousers category.

No matter what type of bike product your buying, from the simple accessories through to the full setup of your custom built road bike, there are lots of important considerations that you should take into account, especially when you’re shopping online and unable to test the product first. This is especially true when you’re buying products like Pants – Cycle. You might also want to get a bike cover if your bike will be open to the elements whilst at work, school or elsewhere. A cover will protect your bike’s surface from wear and tear, helping to keep it in the best condition possible. But what do you need to look out for when shopping for cycling gear? What are the best brands? What kit is really necessary? Do you really need it? Sometimes we aren’t always able to store a bike in a warm, safe place. People living in shared accommodation, student housing, flats or other types of arrangements may not be allowed to keep their bicycle in communal areas (where space is usually the biggest). If you commute regularly it's likely that you’ll get rained on at some point when wearing these trousers. They’re described as ‘water repellent’ by Endura and that fits my experience. If you’re caught in a torrential downpour you’ll likely find yourself with slightly wet legs. For the most part though, they'll keep you dry. Endura Hummvee II Trousers: value and conclusions
