About this deal

Buildings hundreds of years old and located all across the world are known to be encased in a mud flow up to several stories high and in some cases even completely engulfing buildings entirely in nothing but mud. The way I’m approaching these theories is to always look for facts and truth to see if any logical assumptions can be made, and in this case the scale weighs more on the side of fantasy than truth. Sometimes these theories can be right but we don’t have enough available knowledge and evidence to prove or debunk them. Book Mentions History is an ever-changing field; we are constantly re-evaluating the past with fresh perspectives and changing our outlook as new evidence comes to light. To keep in step with individuals seeking to bend the historical fact to their own will, it is vital that we both recognise and formulate responses to the rising popularity of pseudohistory and its potential to harbour extreme perspectives .

Wow what a story. I recommend any lost history lover read her take on what happened. Though she spins the tale as fiction it leaves one asking where did she get some of her ideas? Elliott, Mark C. “The Limits of Tartary: Manchuria in Imperial and National Geographies.” The Journal of Asian Studies, vol. 59, no. 3, 2000, pp. 603–46, https://doi.org/10.2307/2658945. I will refer to all this ‘baroque’, ‘renaissance’, ‘gothic’, ‘greco-roman’ – as well as the mosques, Asian pagoda and stupa-based architecture (and other variants of these themes) – as ‘Old-World’ architecture. It seems an appropriate phrase. This Old-World architecture that was not built by us, but very likely by taller (giant) humans, as shown in Part 1 of this series. Bonnie is a shy girl living in an orphanage. She just turned 18 years old and must marry a man and produce children. This is her duty. We’ll take a look into some other civilizations to see if they’re related to the Tartarians or if they have taken part in the Tartarian history in some way.At this point I’d like to share the intro of Garry Hogg’s book With Peter Fleming in Tartary, it describes in great poetic detail the vast steppes of Asia and the Silk Road which ran through the lands that we are talking about now.

By the 20th century, Tartary as a term for Siberia and Central Asia was obsolete. [ citation needed] However, it lent the title to Peter Fleming's 1936 book News from Tartary, which detailed his travels in Central Asia. The common answer to that would be modern Western world powers like France, the United States, and Germany. However, after this civilization collapsed, some claiming as recently as a hundred years ago, remnants of their building were recast. Their origins attributed to contemporary architects who could not execute such architectural marvels. The “Great Cover-Up”

In 1850 Mongolia starts to appear where Independent Tartary was before, and China seems to be expanding and becoming an Empire. On TikTok, the #tartaria tag has amassed almost 300 million views, and the associated #mudflood, the supposed reason for the empire’s disappearance, a further 150 million. In many cases, Tartarian interest groups present themselves as inquisitive and free-thinking, like other conspiracy theorists. The sidebar description of Reddit’s /r/Tartaria 23,000-strong community suggests “Maybe the History we’ve been told is a lie!” This content easily seeps, through algorithmic recommendations , into the feeds of users who did not directly seek content on Tartaria, especially when it is presented in a purposefully engaging way. As users search for meaning and identity in a radically-changing world, conspiracy theories provide both a welcoming in-group as well as a method of explaining the chaos through cohesive narratives, complete with heroes and villains. Many aspects of the Tartaria conspiracy theory have been attributed to conspiracy theorists misreading historical maps or not having enough knowledge of certain historical events. Zach Mortice, writing for Bloomberg, believes that the theory reflects a cultural discontent with modernism, and a supposition that traditional styles are inherently good and modern styles are bad. He describes the theory as "the QAnon of architecture". [6] See also As recorded by modern science, many natural forces can result in a mudflood occurring, such as heavy rainfall on loose slopping soil or in many cases, severe flooding. We have all undoubtedly seen images of such events, watching villages slipping from the sides of mountains, or mudbanks giving way over roads and into the sea.
