About this deal
The Fool arcana represents the start of the hero's journey, with each major arcana coming after acting as guides and teachers to the Fool until it reaches its conclusion at the 22nd major arcana, the World. Later in the game, should the protagonist choose not to kill Ryoji Mochizuki, the Fool Arcana will max out itself, bestowing the ultimate Persona of the Fool Arcana, Susano-o, the raging god. The story of each Arcana primarily explores one's understanding and awareness of oneself and their place in the world: the stories may start off with self-discovery while closing towards awareness of the outer world. You will encounter Shinya when on the hunt for The King, a gaming legend who can help you defeat an unkillable enemy in a Mementos request. While its upright form reads symbols of fairness, balance, and responsibility, the reverse form is about dishonesty, unfair treatment, and illegal activity.
Again, this makes sense as Sumire places her trust in Maruki and turns a blind eye to reality, choosing instead to live a false reality as Kasumi rather than face the painful truth.
As one would expect of the Devil Arcana, it’s the representation of sin, primarily temptation and the selfishness of human nature.
The focus will be on Persona 3, Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4, Persona 4 Golden, Persona 5, and Persona 5 Royal. You meet him very early on in the game, but you are unable to make him your confidant until your guts reaches Dauntless (level 4). She also starts off somewhat secretive and suspicious, following the Phantom Thieves around and spying on them.Haru is very feminine and beautiful, and she is definitely one of the kindest and most nurturing of the Phantom Thieves. I know they’re based on the tarot cards and the characters represent an aspect of the fool’s journey towards enlightenment, but I still don’t quite understand how the Arcanas work, why they’re in the form of cards and why they’re written in French.
