Illustrated with stunning images from award-winner snapper Jodi Hinds, it revealed the secrets behind the Anand family’s famous restaurant, the Brilliant in Southall. Since the book was published, Dipna has presented it to David Cameron and Prince Charles, and appeared on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and BBC Radio London’s Gaby Roslin.
