About this deal

Kratos kills the chaos beast and falls to unconsciousness; the old man says his purpose is fulfilled here and wishes him good fortune for his path ahead. The Sadducean objection to the resurrection has been shown to be invalid. It is based on the assumption that earthly conditions persist in the heavenly world. Since we have now been justified ( Q) by his blood, ( R) how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath ( S) through him! 10 For if, while we were God’s enemies, ( T) we were reconciled ( U) to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! ( V) 11 Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation. ( W) Death Through Adam, Life Through Christ

Consider therefore the kindness ( KI) and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue ( KJ) in his kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off. ( KK) 23 And if they do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. ( KL) 24 After all, if you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, ( KM) how much more readily will these, the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree! All Israel Will Be Saved Strong's 2316: A deity, especially the supreme Divinity; figuratively, a magistrate; by Hebraism, very.In God of War IV, Athena while appearing in front of Kratos as an illusion, retained her greed and anger towards him, continuously goading Kratos about his terrible past. Kratos at this point, however, now resented her and was unfazed at her illusion and coldly told her he may be a monster but he was no longer her monster. Romans 8:28 Or that all things work together for good to those who love God, who; or that in all things God works together with those who love him to bring about what is good—with those who In the last blog post I published, “ Alive”, I touched on the healing and restoration that Jesus wants to provide each and every one of us. He wants to free us so that we have nothing weighing down on us anymore. In that newfound freedom and way of life, we are able to become alive in a way like never before. This is a truth that Jesus wants to make known to all of us. When it comes to our faith it is so incredibly important to educate ourselves on God’s word, so that we learn about His promises and truth. There is also a second piece too where we are being active in our faith. We don’t simply learn to know, but so that we can live out what we have learned. Therefore, I want to leave you with some practical ideas on how to live out the truth that we talked about last time in “Alive”. I mentioned how I have felt God putting this word ALIVE on my heart, and so here are some ways that I have felt an awakening in my faith and in my life. At its beginning, the author draws attention to St John Henry Newman’s observation that “imagination, not reason, is the enemy of faith.” If it was true when Newman was writing, that “the way his contemporaries imagined the world did not allow much place for the transcendent,” it is surely all the more true now. It would be wonderful if many “cultured despisers” who have not hitherto been able to find much place for the transcendent were able to read this book; but, given that this is unlikely, it would at least be good for Christians to have their imagination expanded so that they can be encouraged and the more effectively speak into our culture.

In the same way, you must think of yourselves as dead to the power of sin. But Christ Jesus has given life to you, and you live for God. No, in all these things we are more than conquerors ( FJ) through him who loved us. ( FK) 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, [ q] neither the present nor the future, ( FL) nor any powers, ( FM) 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God ( FN) that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. ( FO) Paul’s Anguish Over Israel The result of Athena's death was the loss of wisdom for all people. However, as she was associated with wisdom but was not the source of it, it was considered an abstract concept. It's possible that the beings became unwise or foolish considering the fact that the domains of other gods got out of control after their demises, but it's never explicitly shown in her case, unlike some other gods.

After the death of Ares, she revealed that Kratos was forgiven of his sins, but the Gods never agreed to relieve him of his nightmares; no Mortal or God could ever forget the terrible things that he had done. With all hope lost, Kratos felt abandoned and flung himself from the Suicide Bluffs that overlooked the Aegean Sea and believed that death was his only escape from his madness. However, Athena saved Kratos from falling to his death. The Gods had not abandoned Kratos at all. Athena gave Kratos the throne of Ares and the title of God of War. She also granted him the Blades of Athena to replace the Blades of Chaos that were given to (and taken away from) him by Ares. After her death, Zeus bitterly remarked on how she died because of Kratos' revenge. It was then shown that something changed Athena as she claimed that she now believed that humanity would suffer as long as Zeus lived. During the duration of the game, she did everything to help Kratos kill Zeus. Athena never revealed herself to her father, possibly so he would not attempt to stop her or inform Kratos of her questionable intentions. As the Goddess of War and Wisdom, Athena was one of the most powerful gods on Olympus; with a large variety of abilities, she was just as powerful (if not more powerful) as Ares, her rival. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. ( N) 9 For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, ( O) he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him. ( P) 10 The death he died, he died to sin ( Q) once for all; ( R) but the life he lives, he lives to God.
