I added this just to remind the beginners that this might not be the right fit for them. Beginners usually do not have a lot of money to invest just to learn the basics of sewing and I also do not recommend buying a costly sewing machine as a beginner. The lower thread is wound at the bobbin. Removing the bobbin case to put the bobbin in the machine can be time-wasting. However, with Bernette B79, there is no need for this. All you need to do is drop it into the bobbin system resistant to jam. Another upside of this feature is that the clear bobbin cover ensures that users can see and know when the machine is running low on thread. Large Throat Width Presser Feet: This machine comes with several sewing machine presser feet to get you started, but there is an additional presser foot set you can buy.
