Our Lord, indeed You know what we conceal and what we declare, and nothing is hidden from ALLAH on the earth or in the heaven.

Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou forgive us not and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be lost.[7:23] Rabbana zalamna anfusina wa il lam taghfir lana wa tarhamna lana kunan minal-khasireen رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ Rabbana wa-j'alna Muslimayni laka wa min Dhurriyatina 'Ummatan Muslimatan laka wa 'Arina Manasikana wa tub 'alayna 'innaka 'antat-Tawwabu-Raheem Our Lord! In Thee do we trust, and to Thee do we turn in repentance: to Thee is (our) Final Goal[60:4] Rabbana ‘alayka tawakkalna wa-ilayka anabna wa-ilaykal masir رَّبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ After every obligatory prayer recite Rabbana #8 at least once (written-below) . After this make a dua. Do this amal every day and you will be safeguarded Insha ALLAH. Rabbana wa-j’alna Muslimaini laka wa min Zurriyatina Ummatan-Muslimatan laka wa ‘rina Manaasikana wa tub ‘alaina, innaka antat-Tawwabur-RaheemOur Lord! Lay not on us a burden Like that which Thou didst lay on those before us; Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us against those who stand against faith.” Our Lord! Thou art He that will gather mankind Together against a day about which there is no doubt; for Allah never fails in His promise.[3:9] Rabbana innaka jami’unnasi li-Yawmil la rayba fi innAllaha la yukhliful mi’aad رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ جَامِعُ النَّاسِ لِيَوْمٍ لاَّ رَيْبَ فِيهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ O Allah our Lord! Send us from heaven a table set (with viands), that there may be for us - for the first and the last of us - a solemn festival and a sign from thee; and provide for our sustenance, for thou art the best Sustainer (of our needs) [5:114]

Rabbana wa ‘atina ma wa’adtana ‘ala rusulika wa-la tukhzina yawmal-Qiyamah innaka la tukhliful mi’aad Rabbana innaka ta'lamu ma nukhfi wa ma nu'lin wa ma yakhfa 'alal-lahi min shai'in fil-ardi wa la fis-Sama' Dua of Prophet Shu’aib AS. Prophet Suhaib AS recited this dua after facing heavy opposition from the eminent people of the city. They threatened to evict him from the city unless he fabricated a lie against ALLAH. His reply? “We would have invented against Allah a lie if we returned to your religion after ALLAH had saved us from it. And it is not for us to return to it except that ALLAH, our Lord, should will. Our Lord has encompassed all things in knowledge.” He then recited the Rabbana dua above. Dua to ask ALLAH for his mercy and calling upon by his rightful attribute of being Ar-Raheem meaning the most merciful. Similarly, ‘ Hasanah’ or ‘good in the Hereafter’ shall cover everything from Paradise, with its countless and endless blessings to the pleasure of ALLAH Almighty and the privilege of seeing Him.

Our Lord! We have heard the call of one calling (Us) to Faith, ‘Believe ye in the Lord,’ and we have believed. But still, this is not to be used as a reason to excuse offering daily supplication as we learn from the hadith of Prophet Muhammad ( صلى الله عليه وسلم) the power du’a can have: Our Lord! Bestow on us endurance, make our foothold sure, and give us help against the disbelieving folk [2:250] Du’a for repentance, victory, and resiliency. To plant one’s feet firmly in the face of evil. In the above verse it says, “So ALLAH gave them the reward of this world and the good reward of the Hereafter.
