Love this coffee machine, my old one was about 8 years old. The coffee is great. I love being able to select the coffee of my choice with out being limited to which ever coffee someone has pre-programmed in for me. Delivery to our customers in Northern Ireland will involve two person delivery and shall be free of charge when to a ground floor room of choice.The results were impressive: the espresso went from pretty good to very good. The texture and aroma of the espresso was transformed, and suddenly the nutty, chocolatey taste profiles of the beans began to come to the fore. It still wasn’t as refined a cup as our manual machine could muster, but it was about as good as we’ve had from any automatic machine in recent memory. You also get a filter coffee jug in the box: the PrimaDonna Soul is also capable of turning its hand to filter coffee when the need arises. Most Products come with at least a 1 year guarantee, so if your Product develops a fault after 30 days we’ll offer you either a repair or replacement.

Or at least it does enough to provide a good starting point – in our tests, it actually made a very palpable difference, and we only had to make minor grind adjustments to get things just as we like them.For anyone that loves great coffee without a huge amount of fuss, the PrimaDonna Soul could well be worth the investment. The array of drinks this model can churn out would make it a fantastic choice for busy households. However, don’t expect any miracles from the smart features, as the Coffee Link app is a frustrating add-on that isn’t necessary to enjoy everything this machine can offer.
