Undiluted, the mix of sweet and sour flavours keeps dancing on the palate, ending in a smooth yet pleasingly tart finish.

Notes of citrus, spice and juniper play a supporting role and add complexity, both when neat and once tonic is added. Yorkshire gooseberries bring an unmistakable tangy sharpness, tempered with a fruity sweetness whilst retaining the classic citrus notes of our classic award-winning London Dry Gin. Our Marmalade features orange and tangerine flavours and of course, Yorkshire marmalade preserve for a sweet finish.
