This is the square version of the iconic Componibili by Anna Castelli Ferrieri from Kartell. There are two basic Componibili> height units available with a standard width and depth of 38cm x 38cm, but each having different heights : 23cm and 38.5cm. Bio Componibili originate from a 50 year-old series of symbolic storage units by Kartell which have been produced in a new version with a revolutionary sustainable material. Ongoing research and innovation in industrial processes have enabled Bio Componibile to be produced with a biopolymer made from renewable raw materials, derived from non-GMO agricultural waste not intended for the food chain. Designed to meet various functional needs Componibili will slot into any home setting - be it in the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen or lounge. Each section has an overlapping door which, when opened with its fingerhole 'handle', circulates round the inner side of the container. The Componibili kit elements were developed to meet a number of highly varied functional demands. The product meets the sustainability requirements highlighted in the "Kartell loves the planet" manifesto and conforming with UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The Componibili are available in a round or square shape and the practical containers can also come with castors. Flexible, functional, practical: the Componibili are a design classic with a long tradition, which has received much recognition on account of their conciseness and innovation, and were rolled into the permanent collections at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and Centre George Pompidou in Paris a long time ago.
