If the item tested is found to be as described in auction, the item will be returned to the buyer who shall be liable for the costs associated with the assessment. or organised by the Auctioneer, whether by electronic means or otherwise, is deemed to have read and accepted these Conditions by reference to their attendance at the Auction or submission of a Bid.

The Auctioneer may at any time before the fall of the hammer withdraw or divide any Lot or combine any Lots. Goods sold in any Lot are sold as seen, with all faults and imperfections and the Auctioneer is not responsible for any defects whatsoever (whether latent or not).
