About this deal

I guess because i plan every single breaky, lunch and dinner of my week, i eat whats on there and think nothing else of it, unless i specifically eat somthing else.. .. its the little things i pop in my mout without thought.. i mentally note them at the time as being off plan, but do not write them down. Although a bit here and a bit there, on a rare occasion will do no harm .. but without measuring quanities or thinking more thoroughly about it, i have no idea how many syns extra i am having, uncounted per day. When I started it was all about the weight, I wasn't concerned with health goals or anything, I just wanted to be skinny, but that has all changed!

Week 20 / 107.6kg / +1.1kg (changed to winter clothes this week, 1.6kgs heavier than my usual outfit for WI) I have weigh in tomorrow morning and I know it's been another good week on the WW front so I'm hoping for a good loss! Mum had her weigh in yesterday and a loss of 1.6kg brought her 12 month total loss to 47.9kgs.

It just amazes me that I have had an impact on someone else, I remember starting out at WW and being so inspired by other members, yet it seemed a very distant possibility that I would ever be there. and then, whilst waiting for my homemade syn free cod and chips with mushy peas to be ready.. i ate 4 slices of pepporoni and then some crust off the dominoes pizza that my family were celebrating my mums 50th with. I did not realise that i did this. Often i have heard my consultant talking about people who 'forget' they ate somthing, or who graze without realising. Despite writing a food diary, every single day.. i have discovered i am one of these people.. and as i genuinly didnt realise i did this.. i don't know when i must have started, and thus when it really began to affect my weight losses.Make sure I do exercise on the Monday and Tuesday as I normally would, don't use the public holiday as an excuse not to It seems I have finally moved past my plateau with a great loss of 2.3kgs this week, bringing my total to 50.4kgs, current weight 79.5kgs. I don't EVER remember being in the 70s!

I don't get out of breath walking up a flight of stairs (I actually walked up the stairs to the 4th floor of my building with no problem!) Then the guilt and shame follows, usually followed by an outburst of anger when none of my clothes would fit properly, which was then followed by sitting and crying and feeling sorry for myself.I was a great eater in front of people, I would eat good portion sizes, healthy food (mostly) but then I would continue with this secret eating. I am at 48kgs lost, the last 4-6 weeks have been a major plateau. I have gone up and down and not been able to break the 80kg mark, sitting between 81-83kgs.
