I've had my cleverspa 1 year 3 months and the pump has broken, I've been advised that as its integral this can't be fixed and the warranty is for only 1 year. I had used the alternative test strips to adjust levels and found the bathers comfort was compromised.

Noticed a massive difference in the temp now, switch on the filter in the morning and tub is already at 34 degrees so we are not putting the heater on until we are nearly ready to use the tub.This is a high quality quilted cover that has helped my inflatable hot tub retain its heat a lot better. They have still kept taking payment so informed them that unless someone got in contact the direct debit would be cancelled - still nothing. Enjoy substantial savings on your energy bills while spending less time waiting for your hot tub to reheat. This thermal cover fits my inflatable hot tub perfectly and it has kept the water within much warmer than I’d hoped, great purchase very satisfied.

NOTE: Use in conjunction with the CleverSpa inflatable cover support to allow rainwater to drain off the top of the cover avoiding pooling. Granted it’s a warm Texas day at 77 degrees, but I still believe the heating time has been much improved as it took 8 hours to heat up from 86 to 100 a few days ago and it was 82 during the day. This Cover really helps with electricity bills, as the temps are not dropping as much when heater is off (LAY-Z-SPA Milan) and also it is heating up much faster (2deg per hour! Love my Cleverspa Cotswold hot tub - heats fairly quickly to mid 30’s as it holds only 800 l - fits two tall men and an average height girl comfortably.

Easy to maintain and keep clean - thrilled with this purchase and have used it for the last 3 months. had to pack the whole thing back (not that easy) because the heater was integrated into the wall of the hot tub. I purchased a hot tub canapy on the 31st August 2022 and i found the process to be quick, easy and clear to follow. Keeps the tub really well insulated too, saving loads of electricity and speeding up the heating process.
