The heat-exchanger filter is located under the flip-down plinth at the front of the tumble dryer. This one only needs to be cleaned when the warning light turns on, although Sharp recommends that you clean it at least once a month. As with most tumble dryers, there are two filters here. The lint filter in the door simply pulls out and should be cleaned following every use. The delivery crew will only deliver. They will not remove doors, door frames or even windows. It is your responsibility to make sure there is a safe access passage for the appliance to be delivered. The delivery team are unfortunately not able to deliver appliances that they deem too heavy to get up or down steps.
