The user manual has 5 PAS levels as normal though each PAS level has a set speed ranging 3kmh - 15kmh so it may be that the lcd is a custom version and custom programmed , another easily sourced controller may not release more speed. Correct disposal of damaged, used and redundant battery ---- Do not touch heavily damaged batteries with your bare hands, since electrolyte may leak and cause skin irritation. Damaged batteries are best stored in a safe place outdoors with the connection port taped over. What is missing in the E-bike world is automotive grade batteries that can last ~5 years of heavy duty usage with minimal capacity loss.

This controller (that is rarely even fitted) takes away valuable space from the battery. It also means that the slider mounting points do not align with the water bottle mounting points on most bikes (some will drill a hole through the controller and add an additional bolt, or even drill a hole through their bike frame..).
