This smart All-in-One printer is designed for straight-forward operation and robust performance, producing large print volumes in high quality, even in busy environments. Built with long-lasting, refillable ink tanks that deliver bold results for longer, stored in front-facing, integrated system with simple refill bottles for a mess-free experience. Suited to every office function, this compact printer can print, copy and scan straight from your smart device using Wi-Fi.via the Canon PRINT app. (Mac OS is not supported.) Benefits Requires a smart device with the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app installed and connected to the desired active wireless network to complete cableless setup. This printer is compatible with Windows OS (see specifications for the exact versions). Please note that this printer does not support Mac OS. For Mac compatibility, why not take a look at the PIXMA G6050 Carrying on the legacy, the Pixma TR8520 successfully demonstrate all the crucial features that the predecessors of this model came up with. But this one comes with a surprise. The LED bar will indicate the position of the output. You can tell it from a distance, even in the dark, whether the document is being printed correctly or not!

Added more information in the Printing Speed box about how to print on both sides of a sheet since the printer doesn't do it automatically. It may sound a bit of an advanced topic to discuss, but if you are looking for the picture-perfect printout, you can't be ignoring this. When you use the traditional three inkpot system, you lose the potential to get the best color output.Take complete creative control of your images with PIXMA and imagePROGRAF PRO professional photo printers. Once you’ve bought into the concept of buying a G series printer, there’s a bewildering amount of choice, depending on whether you want a mono or colour printer, and what range of additional functions you’d like to add. What benefit you get from this is that you don't need to refill or replace the entire ink system. Just watch out for that one color that is running out and replace or refill it only. It saves time; it saves money!

With new and improved key type bottles, all users need to do to refill the printer is to insert a bottle into the corresponding ink tank and the printer will fill the tank itself and automatically stop when full. With all multi-function models, the 2-line LCD makes the printers easy to use, while an auto power ON/OFF function saves energy. Canon has taken a leaf out of Epson’s book when it comes to ink tank filling, improving usability significantly. On older models, you had to match the ink bottle to the correct tank, then squeeze the bottle to get the ink out, with nothing to prevent accidental colour mismatches. Again, it has a little OLED display on it. It also tells you what is going on inside the machine. How many pieces are being printed, what type of paper is inserted, and much other relevant information is displayed on it. As for the connection system, the machine needs to be a versatile one. For ages, we have seen devices being connected via USB plugs only. But nowadays, as technology has advanced, we get to see wireless and Bluetooth connections, as well.

External Reviews

Yes, that's the case. You will get a top-class resolution up to 4800 X 2400 DPI with this machine. Don't forget the color base of this one. It comes with an 8-Dye based ink set up that brings about marvelous gradients and color! Moreover, the number of inkpots has a direct impact on the vibrant color production when you print images and other colorful documents. Otherwise, the image quality will drop, and you can tell a huge difference between the digital version and the printed one.
