The Dell U3419W is a fantastic ultrawide monitor due to its imaging quality and functionality. The IPS panel’s colors and gamma are perfectly set, so most users won’t need to use a colorimeter right away. A pair of 2-watt speakers is built into the U3419W. They are decent-sounding, if a tad soft. A 3.5mm audio-out port is available should you want to use headphones or connect to powered, external speakers. The monitor comes with a full motion stand that tilts, swivels, and moves up and down with ease. Although, the base is pretty large and not well suited to small skinny desks but there are other stand options available. Organizationally, the keyhole through the center manages cords nicely. This monitor is a behemoth that matches it’s ultra wide curved display with ultra high quality. The panel has a narrow bezel, about a quarter of an inch wide all around. Including the stand, the U3419W measures 16.4 by 32 by 8.9 inches (HWD), with the height extending to 20.9 inches when the stand is fully raised. Together, the panel and stand weigh 18 pounds. x 1440 is just gorgeous to look since it gives you a panoramic view that’s less confined. Detail and sharpness aren’t sacrificed here and there is no immediately apparent image softening in games and test pictures. Reading a wall of text is still comfortable in this form factor since the screen looks close or comparable to a 27-inch QHD variant. The Dell Ultrasharp 34 Curved USB-C monitor is definitely a pretty piece of technology with the sleek design in line with Dell’s UltraSharp line of monitors. It features a cure radius of 1900r and WQHD 3440 x 1440 native resolution. The thin bezel along the outside is a feature I find really nice. It’s about as seamless as possible with the display. The Audio-Line Out port can be used to connect to an external soundbar or speaker to the monitor. The operating system does not detect the monitor as an audio device. There is also a pair of 9-Watt speakers which definitely sound more powerful and defined that the built-ins we’re used to. This part sounds decent enough even for movies, but you’d still want a separate set or headphones for gaming or audio processing usage. Display and Performance
