Pouring out from the bottle we get a bright clear golden liquid which forms some nice froth as the glass fills, though this recedes quickly to a slight foamy ring. It allows us to protect all of the flavour and integrity of our premium ingredients without needing to use harsh de-alcoholisation treatments which are more common in the industry. The body is good – low to medium – with a thickish texture that is heavier than a typical pale lager.
