As well as the Mini Eggs, I went and used Smartie Eggs, Milkybar Mini Eggs, Galaxy Golden Eggs, and then some chocolate chips for a bit of extra gooeyness. Oh my days, each Brownie was delicious and different to the next. What's better than a fudgy, rich chocolate brownie? An easy to make and bake M&M Brownie, studded with creamy, crunchy M&Ms in every bite. eggs- these make the brownies moist and chewy! Choose large eggs (approximately 60g each) and have at room temperature With your batter made, you'll pour it into a lined baking tray and bake until perfectly fudgy. Once cool, you'll drizzle melted chocolate all over the top and scatter with yet more M&Ms. Use a plastic knife for easiest cutting. Make sure the brownies are completely cooled, then slice in long smooth motions.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan then sprinkle the remaining M&Ms on top in an even layer. Line your pan.
