After Amelia's anger is increased by Tombtress's Mood Blast and she blames everything on him, he himself becomes a victim of the Mood Blast, which makes him unreasonably happy. He is cured of this when Tombtress is destroyed. Ollie, along with the other Rangers, would observe his mom luring in Void Knight's crew to sabotage their plans. Nevertheless, it went awry and Zayto had to save her. He managed to escape capture by Void Knight. He would later arrive in Dinohenge and witness Void Knight's scheme of using the Morphin Grid to power his machine. Ollie would then work together with his mom to save the others. However, his actions caused their connection to Morphin Grid to be severed, and thus had his secret identity exposed to his mom. After the team defeated Void Knight, Ollie reunites with his mom. He and the other Rangers would later have their powers and connection to the Grid restored by the Green Morphin Master, before morphing with the team to deal with a Sporix Beast. As the Rangers deduce Void Knight's plan, they realize he does not have Lani's capacitor and ask her to help them give him a sabotaged one, which Ollie reluctantly allows. Meanwhile, Reaghoul resurrects Boomtower once more as Void Knight discovers the missing capacitor and sends his minions to kidnap Lani. The Rangers' plan succeeds, but Reaghoul sends himself, Slyther, Mucus, and Lani to another dimension. Zayto summons and combines the T-Rex and Raptor Zords to form the T-Rex Cosmic Megazord and pursue them while the remaining Rangers defeat Boomtower. Despite succeeding in destroying Reaghoul and rescuing Lani, Void Knight captures all of the Rangers save Ollie and connects them to Dr. Akana's equipment, Santaura's pod, and Dinohenge to access the Morphin' Grid. Against Ollie's concerns, Lani distracts Void Knight so Ollie can destroy Dinohenge, inadvertently severing the Rangers' connection to the Morphin' Grid and exposing their identities. After getting Lani to safety, the Rangers fight Void Knight before destroying his machine, seemingly killing him. Suddenly, the Green Morphin' Master restores Dinohenge and the Rangers' powers in preparation for a new threat.
