I was so excited to hear about about the re-release of Cathy, as I didn't get it the first time around, and it has far exceeded my expectations. Her talent caught the notice of David Gilmour (of Pink Floyd) who assisted in arranging her contract with EMI. In October 2015 he published Inside The Rainbow, a book of photographs of Kate Bush from throughout her career. Each one is first seen cropped within a die-cut frame, with a narration by him that is wistful and affectionate.
