The tongue is longer than average and comes up on the front of the ankle. I'm slowly starting to get used to it, but I'd prefer a more standard tongue length. These shoes are comfortable and supportive. They have a low heel drop, so they're great for HIIT and cross training, but they also have enough cushion for cardio. The clean style is super appealing. So many trainers are too gaudy, so the In-Season TR10 wins definite points for the sleeker, simpler style.
