You must have 4 years of roofing construction experience, of which at least one year must have been as a foreman or supervisor. College credits can substitute for up to 3 years of experience. If you have a four year college degree in ANY field, that counts as 3 years of experience. You do not have to have the necessary experience before you take the exam. After passing the exam you have up to 4 years to gain the necessary experience to become a licensed Roofing Contractor. I won’t give any more away, but I have seen the first draft and I can confirm that the story is very compelling, highly empathetic and absolutely delightful. The characterisation puts me in the mind of Beatrix Potter – and we know how evergreen her stories are.With the help of the NFRC Sheeting and Cladding Technical Committee and other stakeholders, the Blue Book has now been updated and reviewed to ensure it reflects the most recent changes in building regulations, Approved Documents, industry standards, and modern techniques.
