MagnifyCamera ( size_factor = 0.25, radius_ratio = 0.9, ** kwargs ) # That’s very kind of you to say and it’s massively important to me as a writer that I do both. Life is never one colour and I want to reflect that in my stories. Some days can be very hard and unkind, but a smile is rarely far away. I try to make sure that the funny bits don’t undermine the serious bits and that the serious bits don’t harsh the comedy vibe. I tend to find that they fall into quite a natural shape as the characters go through their journeys and I try to make sure I break both comedy and serious chunks up with some of the other one. Lektura tej książki przypominała mi oglądanie detektywistycznych bajek w dzieciństwie. Historia Vi jest wciągająca, zabawna i pełna zwrotów akcji. The story itself has so much potential! I /enjoyed/ the plot. If I didn't have so many issues with the writing, I would 100% read the next book because I honestly want to know what happens next. I want to know who big bad Umbra is (and if my guess is right). I would love to see how Vi and Russell get on in their new school. And I loved the ending of Vi's mum and dad's respective relationships - it felt both realistic and still happy. of np.complex64 or np.complex128. complex_mode str The mode used to convert the complex value in each pixel into a scalar: Vi Spy would have classrooms erupting in laughter and would be a great book to support teaching of family, friendship, determination, perseverance, good vs evil and acceptance. I would give it 1 star, as its made me angrier than Who Let The God's Out did, but the plot, the characters, and the story potential itself redeems it just enough for 2 stars. Siren is one of my favourite characters I have ever created! When I was creating EVIL (the Ex-Villain’s Improvement League) I was conscious that there aren’t that many female supervillains – and the ones that we have can often be objectified as a certain kind of woman. So I thought it would be fun to play with that and make a very attractive lady… who has the worst personal hygiene imaginable! Especially Siren. She was such a good character, and she didn't need to constantly have a punchline every other sentence about her warts or her portaloo-smelling breath or her refried bean toilet trips. I'll be talking to them tomorrow about what they thought of the ending, but up to now I've had children who I quote "would die for this book", children who rated it about a 3, and children who really didn't like it at all.
