About this deal

Learn more about the Nerf N-Strike Elite Hyperfire on Nerf Wiki here! Nerf RapidStrike Nerf N-Strike Elite Rapidstrike CS-18 The RapidStrike released early in the Philippines in May of 2013, due to the release error on the part of the distributor. [ citation needed] As its name suggests, the Elite XD RapidStrike claims to feature improved " Elite XD" internals, which boosts its overall firing power. It advertises an increased firing range of up to ninety feet in the U.S. (compared to the original Elite version's seventy-five feet), or twenty-seven meters in Europe (compared to the original Elite version's twenty meters). Are you ready to join the ranks of the N-Strike Elite? Grab a Nerf Rapidstrike. It’s been engineered on a whole new level. It has an improved flywheel design. It’s easily modifiable. The clip goes from 0-Empty in under six seconds. I’ve said it before, but… Sounds like an exotic car, doesn’t it? It’s now more true than ever. These blasters are just becoming more and more amazing. This one is currently my favorite blaster. Point blank, period. So grab an extra clip or two, and a bag of darts. Jump in and take the Nerf Rapidstrike for a spin. Nothing else can compete with this blaster. This is the top of the line. This is the standard for Nerf blaster primaries. It’s the pinnacle. That means it reigns supreme. And it’s notorious, it will crush you like a jelly bean. It’s bad! While you may assume that it makes your choice easier, this may not be completely true. Because the two blasters are very different they offer different advantages as well as disadvantages. Keep reading to learn which Nerf blaster you should choose! The RapidStrike is likely a spiritual successor to the 2009 N-Strike Stampede ECS, due to various similarities between the two blasters, such as its abundance of tactical rails, fully-automatic firing mode, and eighteen dart clip. The barrel of the blaster is notably rifled, similar to the Retaliator barrel extension. It features compatibility with barrel extensions; due to the barrel extension connector being a separate piece of plastic from the main barrel, it can loosen up, resulting in loose fitted barrel extension. It is incompatible with the LongStrike barrel extension, due to inner barrel supports. There are hundreds of Nerf blasters available for you to choose from; however, it can be quite difficult to determine which blaster is the right choice for you. To make matters even more difficult, Nerf releases several new, incredible blasters every year. It was re-released in 2014 with improved Elite XD internals and a white, blue, grey, and orange color scheme; this re-release was shown off at the 2014 New York Toy Fair.

A note on batteries: You need an appropriately current-capable battery to make the RS perform and take advantage of the electrical upgrades we are doing here. I understand there may be a temptation to cut corners, but here that is a very bad idea. Here, we have more current-hungry motors than past flywheel guns The Ultimate Nerf Blaster Book misspells the blaster as the Rapidstrike CS-18 and the Rapid Strike CS-18.

Lead free solder is recommended for higher heat resistance and mechanical strength for reliability. This is not electronics work. If you use leaded anywhere, do not use it on the motor or switch terminals. Despite this, and like other re-released Elite XD blasters, it features the same performance as its original counterpart.
