Infants and babies up to 2 years to have one spray into each nostril as required. Children over 2 years and adults to have one or two sprays into each nostril as required. If using the spray, use one spray in each nostril for babies and infants, and one or two sprays in each nostril for older children. Try and make your little one as comfortable as possible and help them to reduce nasal congestion with a few home treatments. Nasal sprays and drops can be used in older babies and children.
