The following are some of the side effects that are known to be associated with Setlers antacid. Just because a side effect is stated here doesn't mean that all people using this medicine will experience that or any side effect.

Please note that parcels weighing over 2kg may be sent via courier due to Royal Mail weight restrictions.Calcium may reduce the absorption of tetracyclines, eltrombopag, bisphosphonates, fluoride, oral iron, zinc, levothyroxine and some fluoroquinolones. If used regularly for long periods of time there may be an increase in the level of calcium in the blood (hypercalcaemia). Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over should take one or two tablets as needed to relieve symptoms, up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. If you take other medicines - Tetracycline antibiotics, Chloroquine (to prevent Malaria), Quinolone antibiotics (e.g. Ciprofloxacin), Penicillamine ( for Rheumatoid arthritis), Phenothiazines (e.g. Chlorpromazine for mental problems) If any side effects becomes severe, or if you notice any side effect not listed here, please tell your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.
