About this deal
All in all, Accidentally Amy by Lynn Painter is a breezy, short, endearing rom-com that can easily be read in one sitting. With adorable characters, memorable scenes, and enjoyable romance, this book is perfect to give you an endorphins boost. So, if you are looking for a meet cute, mistaken identity, easy going characters, entertaining texting and banter, breezy storyline, and a swoon-worthy cinnamon roll hero then this book is for you. So, both the protagonists are fun, loveable, and relatable. Their struggles both on the professional and personal front is understandable. Then I was thoroughly entertained by their texts to each other, and fun banter. Don't get me wrong, it was an easy read, cute, and I liked Izxy and Blake together, but they were both so immature, especially Izzy, and she was just pure chaos! the writing was easy to follow, but I feel like there were a lot of parts that could’ve been edited/ fixed. I think the errors might just be because it was the kindle edition and the print edition might be better (format wise). Isabella Shay is usually a very honest person. But when she’s running late for her first day at a dream job and the barista yells for “Amy” 3x with no answer, she does the unthinkable.

The timeline for this story is really fast, but I wholeheartedly felt their chemistry. It was so easy to find enjoyment with these characters simply spending time together. It was a perfect low angst, lighthearted autumn read to escape into! This book is A+ banter from beginning to end. Izzy had an intense chaotic energy that paired so well with businessman Blake. From the hilarious text message threads to the playful name calling, I could not stop giggling. Iz is weird, eccentric and adorable in her weirdness. Her sunshine personality beautifully complemented Blake’s more serious persona.

But when she turns around and runs directly into the most attractive man she’s ever seen, spilling the drink all over his GQ shirt and tie, she ends up having the ultimate meet-cute. Sparks fly and things feel beyond promising until he says the words, “See you tomorrow, Amy.” This novel is greatly written and has a lot of pop culture references ranging from Reylo to the Darking to 365, and it all adds to the charm of this short romance. What I loved about this novel was that everything from the setting, to the characters, to the references, turns the novel into a cozy and charming read. This Kindle Unlimited read is pure fluff and cuteness. Kindle Unlimited is a great resource if you enjoy binge reading and finding new authors. A lot of novels on kindle unlimited are self published, so it’s cool way to find more books from indie authors. Summary:
And Izzy… what a joy!!! Her inner monologue and her witty responses also gave me heartfelt eyes for her. But when she’s running late for her first day at a dream job and the barista yells for “Amy” 3x with no answer, she does the unthinkable.
