About this deal

Hand-held remote control that can operate on 4 channels and that emits a signal capable of traveling through walls up to 100 feet. The remote runs on a 23A-12V battery, which is included. The HSM was fully approved and introduced on the German rail network by Deutsche Bahn in 2016, where it proved its capabilities in terms of output, quality and safety. Food-dispensing base unit with 2 inter-changeable kibble disks for different sizes of food or treats. The base unit weighs just over 3.3 lbs. and is 13.6"L x 8.8"W x 7.5"H. 4 "D" batteries (NOT included) are required for operation and will last for approximately 6 months of training.

Repeat until your dog spends most of this training time relaxing in the closed crate waiting for treats and does not whine, bark or try to escape. The Treat n Train's dog-proof housing measures 13.5" x 7" x 8", and weighs 4.6 lbs with batteries installed. It will run for approximately six months on 4 D batteries (not included). One year manufacturer's warranty.Avoid forcing your dog into her crate as this can make her more upset about being in there and less likely to relax.

Training Manual and DVD, which have all you need to be successful using Manners Minder, with five "games" that can be played at convenient, low-stress times (such as during TV adverts) to progressively teach your dog to be very well behaved: (1) Tone Means a Treat Is Coming; (2) Target with the Nose; (3) Lie Down and Stay; (4) Run to a Rug and Lie Down on Cue; and (5) Lie Down and Stay with Distractions. At that point, you"re ready to practice with visitors coming to the door. Anyone can do this! It"s easy, fun and amazingly effective in a surprisingly short period of time; each "game" takes about five days to complete. The next generation in mobile rail milling trains – the highly innovative CM42 series – is due for arrival in 2020. Whether you're a dog owner or a professional trainer, the Treat & Train Remote Dog Trainer (formerly called the MannersMinder) can dramatically increase the speed, precision, and effectiveness of your positive-reinforcement training. Veterinarian and animal behavior expert Dr. Sophia Yin invented the Treat & Train based on behavioral science and how animals really learn. She developed and thoroughly tested it in lab and clinical trials. The result is a remote-controlled reward dispenser and training system that allow you to efficiently teach dogs at a distance (or nearby) to perform almost any behavior, from everyday skills (such as potty training) to specialized skills (such as those used in agility, obedience, service, and military work). Continue to increase the Treat & Train time increment by one level each time she was able to remain calm while you are out of the house for at least 15 minutes until you get up to "300".Leave her sight and press "dispense" then press "down stay". Remain out of her sight. If she starts to fuss, turn off the treats by pressing "down stay" and ignore her until she is calm. Once she has calmed, press "dispense" and then "down stay" to get the treats flowing. Repeat this until your dog stays completely calm while you are out of the room for at least 15 minutes. Continue to increase the Treat & Train time increment by one level each time she was able to remain calm while you are out of sight for at least 15 minutes until you get up to "45". Since RCF can significantly reduce rail service life and is a serious safety hazard, new methods of dealing with the worst rail defects have been sought. Over the last decade, rail milling has been identified and introduced by railways throughout Europe as an essential treatment technique to increase rail service life, thereby significantly reducing rail replacement requirements and capital expenditure. Reward your dog™s good behavior instantly by remote control even while you are out of sight (up to 100 ft away, even through walls!). Set your Treat & Train to "3 sec", "variable" and then press "down stay" on your remote. Treats should dispense automatically on every 3 seconds on average. Leave the crate door open and stay in the room with her.

Note: Delivery times are a little slower than we would like for our UK customers and this is due to additional customs regulations on imports from the EU via the UK. This is beyond our control & we thank you for your patience. Can the system interfere with radio and/or TV reception? Yes. In the event you experience any form of signal interference, you can try: Use positive reinforcement to transform your dog from a jumping, barking, begging nuisance to a calm, polite pooch in just a few short weeks. How can the system be used to train a dog? By rewarding your dog for behaviors you desire. Dogs repeat behaviors that are rewarded or reinforced. To change or eliminate unwanted behavior, first determine what is reinforcing it, and change your behavior to stop unintentionally rewarding your dog for things you don't like. The system can then be used to reward the good manners and behavior you prefer.Set the Treat & Train to "3 sec" and "variable". Say "kennel" and dispense a treat when your dog goes in her crate. Close the crate door and then dispense another treat. How is the Treat & Train different from the Manners Minder? The Manners Minder and Treat & Train Machines are exactly the same except for a slight difference in color. Walk out of her sight. Wait about 3 seconds. If your dog stays calm, press "dispense" and then return to the room. Do not dispense treats while you are within sight of her. If she starts to fuss, wait until she calms herself until you return. Repeat this until your dog stays completely calm while you practice this step. Open the crate door and take a break.

My dog might paw the machine. Will that be a problem? In this program you will specifically reward your dog when he is standing with all four feet on the floor and avoid rewarding him for pawing the machine. As a result, all dogs being formally trained with the Treat & Train, learn to get treats without pawing the machine. Dogs that are not trained to the Treat & Train, however, may try to paw the machine. Since doing so never earns rewards, this behavior extinguishes or disappears. The Treat & Train is fairly rugged and can withstand moderate amounts of pawing and nudging. I know. As several concerned friends, strangers, and even my doctor told me, I'm very brave. And sure, it's great practice. And yes, the pictures are going to be really cute. For the duration of the crate training process, make an effort to feed her meals only through the Treat & Train and while she is in her crate.
