Well, it's took me a long time to get round to hearing this because I've heard how emotional this album can get and its legendary status is something I've held high hopes for, but I've made a promise to my friend @Silver that I'd listen to this album. Have also maybe been spoiled by many live performances post-Grace. I got the 2010 Sony Legacy vinyl. To me, it sounds not edgy much but a little light. I have a decent turntable (VPI Classic) and Streamer (Linn Accurate DS/1), if I want the best sounding version of this, where do I go?

All that said, I really can't recommend this pressing. Sadly it sounds like there isn't a solid affordable version of Grace on vinyl yet, just that 2LP 45rpm remaster that's going for extortionate prices. It's a real shame, this album deserves better.

I have this amazing album on vinyl (poor Simply Vinyl pressing) and the SACD but can no longer play SACDs. There are two Legacy vinyl reissues. I have the first, which includes the 7". It's not awful, but nowhere near the original, pressed in Holland stamped as UK vinyl which is truly an audiophile experience and stunning. You'll notice the Legacy vinyl has a slightly cropped cover image.
