Patio Magic! makes light work of the hardest of jobs, and is suitable for use on patios, driveways, masonry, greenhouses, fences, and a large variety of other hard surfaces (see below) A4: The primary function of Patio Magic! products is to kill green mould and algae and lichens you will normally see the results of this within 2-4 days. Some lichens can be very hardy and results may take longer.

Pets: as a precaution, keep pets and wildlife off the treated surfaces until they are dry (if they accidentally walk or sit on the wet surfaces, then promptly rinse their paws or fur in clean water). Keep your patio and other hard surfaces in the garden pristine with this hard-working, easy-to-use Patio Magic! ConcentratePut it another way; Patio Magic will kill whatever is growing on your patio and ruining its appearance, but based on the results of my testing, it won’t remove it. A5: Protection can last for about 6-9 months after the first treatment, subsequent treatments can help extend the length of protection. Areas permanently in the shade, or prone to collecting water will have a reduced period of prevention.
