From distillation to maturation, blending and bottling, Michael Henry, our master blender, is the man responsible for the award-winning single malt whiskies we have on offer in our collection. By law, Single Malt Scotch Whisky is defined as whisky distilled in a copper pot still at a single distillery in Scotland using only malted barley, yeast and water. It must then mature in oak casks in Scotland for at least three years and one day before being bottled at an alcohol volume of no less than 40%.
