Ginny's role is shortened early on in the films. She has very few lines and only a few minutes worth of screen time in Chamber of Secrets. As the train pulled out, she began to cry, despite her brothers promising to send her loads of owls and even a Hogwarts toilet seat. Harry and Ginny were both horribly saddened by Sirius's death, and later duelled Bellatrix in the Great Hall during the Battle of Hogwarts.
