It is non-toxic and specially formulated so it can be left in place for several hours without leaving any residues when it is removed (although we don’t recommend that it’s left on the outside of models or equipment for more than a couple of days to avoid marks from extended use). We'd always recommend some insurance layers of tape where possible or a safety tether (see below) but it's damn sticky yet removes clean and leaves no residue.
