This is the fourth Cooking Mama game released for the 3DS, it came out November 6, 2014 for Japan, while the rest of the world got it May 16, 2017. In this game, the player is running a sweets shop that will progressively expands in size the more you create and complete recipes. The game includes 60 different recipes and over 160 mini-games to play, including a multiplayer mode that supports two to four players simultaneously.

In the first Cooking Mama, the player is tasked with cooking various meals using the device's touch screen. Following the instructions of the titular "Mama", the player uses the stylus or finger to chop vegetables, slice meat, flip food in pans, and arrange the final items on the plate.
