We had booked a room in playa del carmen for march 1 2023 and when we arrived at the hotel, they said we had no bookings with them even though we had prepaid LOL and we had the reservation number and the hotel voucher but they had no information on us and would not honour the voucher so we had to leave and find a room 2:30 am when most hotels were closed. And even on comment below stating, this was not their mistake.... You sent me a hotel voucher! How can you do that without actual confirmation?? Warning,keep away!!!! Lol travel is completly useless for others than italian speaking people,proberly not them eather.Close to both Belfast airports and the stunning scenery of the North Antrim Coast, it is the perfect base from which to explore the region's most renowned attractions. We also have the best hair salon in the city, where you can do any haircut or dye your hair in any color. The limit is only your imagination. You can do anything with your hair, e.g. new haircut, new hairstyle or you can even dye hair. we are very sorry about the situation that has occure in your specif case, unfortunately this kind of mistake was not under our control it was a rate mistake of the provider involved.
