The Tayport distillery is located in Fife, Scotland, northeast of Edinburgh, just across from the Highland line. It’s a quadruple distilled, three-time filtered vodka, and is produced at the Hiram Walker and Sons distillery in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Distilled at the foot of the Altai Mountains by a team of skilled craftsmen, Mamont Vodka is produced using only traditional methods and natural ingredients local to Siberia.

On the nose, Mamont Vodka has initial aromas of sweet vanilla, joined by subtle whiffs of cedar nut. Then a unique treatment with Siberian birch charcoal and triple filtration produces a vodka with outstanding purity and smoothness. Enjoyable chilled and sipped neat, or as the base to a variety of cocktails such as ‘The Imperial Mamont’ (recipe below), or a classic Dry Martini.It all started in 2001, when a group of twelve explorers got trapped in the South Pole after surviving an emergency landing. To honour this unbelievable adventure and the heritage found in Siberia, one of the 12 explorers brought MAMONT Vodka to life in the shape of a mammoth tusk; the «MAMONT» word being the translation of «Mammoth» in Russian language. Its tusk-shaped bottle is inspired by the discovery of the great mammoth Yukagir, found in Yakutia after spending 18,000 years under the ice.
