Yes, the Galaxy S23 Ultra sees the more substantial changes, but it continues to have a just-as-substantial price tag. For a more reasonable price, the Galaxy S23 delivers a display that's just as bright and a processor that's just as powerful, plus cameras that can hold their own against other devices in its price range.
